SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through 3800index.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
THE CONTRACT
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
Until that moment, your order is a proposal. A hopeful one, but still a proposal.
We reserve the right to decline orders — for example, in cases of pricing errors or stock discrepancies.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is due at time of order.
We accept major credit cards and debit cards via our secure payment provider.
We do not store payment details. Your bank does.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Germany within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within the EU: 3–7 additional business days.
International delivery: contact us for more details.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you commit.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, acts of god, or the general entropy of the postal system.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, no reason required.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

FAULTY ITEMS
If something arrives damaged or defective, we want to know immediately.
Email us at hello@3800index.com with your order number and a photograph.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
We stand behind what we make.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by German law.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
We sincerely hope it never comes to that.
