RETURNS
Return, v. To send something back from whence it came. We make this as painless as possible — partly because the law requires it, mostly because it is the right thing to do.*
*14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
THE SHORT VERSION
14 days to return, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached.

ELIGIBILITY
You may return any item within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact.
Items that have been washed, altered, or worn — even once — are not eligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN
Step 1. Email hello@3800index.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
Step 3. Pack the item carefully — ideally in its original packaging.
Step 4. Ship it back using a tracked service.
Step 5. Wait. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot process returns we cannot confirm received.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will cover all return costs.
Email us immediately with your order number and a photograph.
We will arrange a prepaid return label and either a replacement or full refund — your choice.
We make limited quantities with care. Errors should be rare. When they happen, we fix them.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: up to 14 days from receipt of return.
Bank processing time varies — allow a further 3–5 days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
If the new size is in stock when you contact us, we will do our best to hold it.
Stock is limited. Act accordingly.
