WHY THIS IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERS
Alterations are performed in our studio in Berlin. Because each customization involves complete deconstruction and rebuilding of seams, closures, or panels, we dedicate these highly-skilled hours exclusively to those who cannot wear standard-construction garments due to physical disabilities. This is not a service for shorter lengths, wider waistlines, or aesthetic preferences. It is an accessibility commitment.
COMMON INQUIRIES
IS IT ACTUALLY FREE?
Yes. The custom tailoring, materials, labor, and return shipping are completely integrated into our base manufacturing cost. You will never receive a bill for adaptive alterations.
WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS SERVICE?
This service is exclusively reserved for individuals with physical disabilities, mobility impairments, limb differences, amputations, or prosthetic structures that make standard retail sizing physically impossible to wear or access safely.
WHAT TYPE OF ALTERATIONS CAN YOU ACCOMPLISH?
We perform structural changes: sleeve shortening/removal, leg volume and length adjustments, installation of high-grade magnetic/velcro closures instead of standard buttons, seam repositioning for skin-prosthetic friction points, and seated-wear back rises.
HOW LONG DOES THE CUSTOM PROCESS TAKE?
Once your request is approved and the order is verified, the alteration and rebuilding process in Berlin takes approximately 10-14 business days before dispatching back to you.
